Patient Wing Renovation

Challenge

A busy, active hospital needs 3 floors fully renovated, and fast. All while maintaining traffic flow and infection controls of areas for doctors, patients, visitors and staff which could not shut down, even temporarily.

All three nurse stations were redesigned working closely with end-users and hospital management. All patient rooms were upgraded and refinished as well as all floor bathrooms. Architectural and MEP construction documents were developed by the C&T team. Project was delivered on budget and on time.
