C&T was lucky to be working with one of Westchester’s premiere interior designers, Lorraine Frye, who shares our commitment to thoroughly understanding the clients needs and goals before pen goes to paper. The challenge was adding a master bedroom, office, exercise area and bathroom to an attic that could not be raised. C&T introduced dormers as the secret sauce, along with lots of custom cabinetry to accommodate the ceiling limitations and maximize the space, and Lorraine brought her magic touch. A particularly exacting client was pleased with the results.
